After 7th April there are now 2,850,004 ordinary shares at a nominal value of £1 each

This is very interesting. If a certain % of ownership entitles to certain benefits such as complementary tickets, this actually might not be a bad investment. 1% of the club for £28,500 and 2x corporate tickets for life could be attractive to some.

Although the Rothbiz article states that the share issue will raise £2 million I would be surprised if that is correct. It assumes that the £1 per share nominal value will also be the issue price. I would expect there to be a premium on top of the £1
