    June 20th anybody?

Read on another forum that Charlton have let slip that the SBC restarts on June 20th.

This begs the question, have the government and the EPL/EFL been clever here. Opening up the country somewhat from June 1st, incubation period is 5 to 14 days so by the 15th there will have been a spike........ some restrictions are reintroduced and there is, unfortunately, no football after all.

.... at least we tried and now we have no option but to cancel the season.

    Exciting!

"will need Clubs to play a significant number of matches over a relatively short period of time." Hope our players are fit!

QPR are complaining that they were only given 40 minutes notice on Sunday evening, maybe they should read the forums more.

It does seem that there is an issue about the players having enough training prior to restarting the season! Seems the EFL didn't consult clubs.

As for the second spike, well that wont stop things, we are just going to ahve to get used to living with the virus, unless we all hunker down for 18 months (apart from the poor sods who ahve to work to keep the country going of course!) and watch the country become bankrupt!

Understand where you are coming from but I think this will blow itself out well before the 18 month mark.
