A lot of us have got off the rotating mouse wheel, it will take others longer to realise before they step off!!
Exactly,I hope STs sales for the coming season confirms this that the supporters have had enough with the pointless promotion relegation saga

Agree Dooali. The feeling of promotion is tarnished because it's almost expected. The only good thing is turning up expecting to win. However, the enjoyment of winning is short lived when it's against Rochdale or S****horpe.

Arrogant footballing snobbery, I know. Just how I feel about League 1 campaigns.

I evvto say I enjoy a great deal more going to grounds like Rochdale, Accrington, Blackpool and Scunny that I do going to supposedly better grounds like Derby, Middlesboro and Leeds and it's not just abart evvin a greater chance of winning.

    Can't disagree with that SB
But it may be that fans of a certain age have been brought up to expect crumbs & piss poor management with the odd exception
I want these current incumbents to fail but not because of being happy with attending lower league grounds

I'd like to buy the bloke who wrote that a pint.

"Beane couldn't convince his owner to spend any money...and invest in payroll". A perfect fit for Dog at BFC.

Because he doesn't want to SB , the point of the article is to actually point out that Beane's Moneyball strategy is ok to a certain extent but he hasn't beaten the system and what's more he never will .

It's overrated and Beane is actually a very un- ambitious guy who is shyte scared to pit his wits at the sharp end .

The Oakland A's play offs are our Championship campaign .

They can't cut it post regular season anymore than we can in the championship using this model .

The big dogs eat em in the post season just as we get eaten in the championship .

The only merit to it is that it comes in on budget so in affect Beane can get away with it and carry on with his fantasy model .

The problem he has here is that eventually it ain't going to come in on budget because failure is far more severe over here financially .

There's no doubt in my mind he's more to do with this shyte show than the actual owners .

The owners are getting aggressive because Beane's fecked up on recruitment and they didn't sign up to have to put their hands in their pockets .

Beane and James Cryne should be getting the pelters far more than they are doing in my opinion .

The Chines hate losing. I don't think they are here to save money. I think they've been hoodwinked by the model too. You're not telling me Chien Lee enjoyed boardroom meetings with the Birmingham and Cardiff owners after they'd both licked us twice.
