Apparently It's being presented as a joint proposal from Tranny/posh

Portsmouth have stated they won't be backing it. Love that club.

It gets more absurd because it would mean that div one will have an odd number of teams again with 25 so one club will not be playing when all the others are playing for the second season running.
    Crazy

On 22nd of May Joey Barton mentioned it in a interview On the football show same interview he moans about he can get automatics, he also mentions How it was thrown out.

However since it’s not interesting they have cut it out on sky videos.

    Trannies full proposal here

Trannies idea DOES have us in the play offs (official)

Could we be robbed at the last minute?

I only deal in facts. Very underhanded

Also see @zoneefl response to my direct questions about options for the vote:

PPG and Resume behind closed doors are definite options!
Also believe Barnsley and Tranmere proposal as well as a couple others

Two problems I see with it (1) It breaks the 4 team playoff principle (2) If the EFL are going to go with the convoluted method of calculation then they will certainly need to have it ratified by independent auditors as statistically sound. Working in an industry where any changes to the way numbers are published usually take months if not years to ratify I'm not sure they'll have the time, money or appetite for doing that.

My first question would be why choose 3 years for their margin of error calculation? Why not 5, or 10, 15 or 20? I can actually answer that without them doing so. Because the margin of error would be much more likely be less the more years you include in the calculation and therefore wouldn't suit some agendas as much as 3 years does. Allegedly of course.

    Palios is shameless.

He's trying to drag us into the playoffs even though we are two points clear but he's arguing it's too close
But even if his team wins its game in hand they would still only be level but with a much worse goal difference - way too close.
So by his logic he should be proposing a relegation playoff with WIMBLEDON or perhaps even Rochdale and MKD as well.
    More games. Crazy

they haven't earnt avoidance of the drop as we're being accused of.

    Camilla.
    Some good observations there.
Have you considered sending your thoughts to RUFC and / or the EFL
I'm sure Tone would appreciate it
