Yeah, I don't think you really understand enough about the situation to comment on it but ok.

Also as I've said before, if EWM want to call the shots then they need to make it official and formally take over the club, accepting all the official responsibilities that entails. They can't have it both ways.

The fact is that EWM can and do have it both ways. They effectively own 1921 by virtue of the 'facility'. The shareholdings / directorships of Holdings have been of no consequence for quite some time. The Holdings directors have absolutely no power. They draw no salaries and are there to be continuously blamed for the past errors and for the current / future stagnation. This is perfect for EWM.

EWM do not want to be seen as owners, they prefer to be seen as benign creditors.

It is quite exceptionally poor to suggest that I do not understand. I have given logical explanations of my stance whilst you have done little more than simply disagree without any substantial reasons.

You have paid for just the five minute argument and that time is now up. I suggest that Laffy is a formidable authority on the overall matter and that his opinion is likely to be correct, so seek it out.

    Best Wishes,

Me and Laffy have never seen eye to eye. And while I have nothing against him personally, I think his views on stuff like economics is quite naive and on the issue of CUFC I believe he is wrong.
