Squeaky bum time -Cardiff & 5 substitute EFL rule ...........

With a returning Sean Morrison & Curtis Nelson looking set for central defence I'm thinking the 5 substitutes 'new' EFL ruling could enhance our playing style particularly with Tyler Roberts who is now leaner, fit and ready to go where he left off ..............

Defo will help our pace momentum throughout 90 + mins,IMO, and will allow Bamford full freedom to stretch their back line and keep their midfield deep.

I'm confident and my lower 'core muscles' are ready and primed to withstand what maybe an eventful game.

Not sure if the team will fly in,go by coach or stay in an approved hotel which is not great preparation wise for us either.

I suspect after seeing some WhatsApp messages that it'll be ......... Meslier, Ayling, White, Cooper, Dallas, Phillips, Costa, Hernandez, Klich, Harrison, Bamford.

With 9 subs on bench it'll be .......... Caprile, Douglas, Berardi, Struijk, Shackleton, Gotts, Alioski, Poveda, Roberts ............. decent pace among that lot - just hope Spider-Man in goal keeps cool, concentrates and keeps it simple without us lot behind him.

I'll be ready for Sunday .................. 07.30am start for weekly summer 35 km peloton with local La Turballe cycling club with my immaculately Bielsa style prepared 'oiled' Shimano Dura-Ace (chain & gear set) that should hopefully get me back in time for kick off, fingers crossed.

Then it'll be tuning into BBC Radio 5 Live broadcasts in AM on the medium wave frequencies 693 obtained if the radio is placed strategically on top of my wheelie bin facing north west and out to sea ............ tremendous eh.

we will be stronger at the keep position. he has 8 games left to show his stuff. Think he will do it.

Hope that MB uses more than 1 sub but tend to doubt he will. expect that Cardiff will use them all.

Well,if you can get my Pinarello shod in something better today at 1980 prices may I suggest you've stumbled on a lucrative business opportunity...https://www.wiggle.co.uk/shimano-dur...pset-11-speed/

Picture taken in Spring time Brittany early morning so nippy weather wise as you'll know being a keen cyclist the wind chill ain't pleasant................

My Bontrager front wheel rim need replacing soon as the carbon forks both front and rear don't give the flex (as you'll know) like your 1980 aluminium ones did can you give a quote for cleated Shimano size 6 shoes for me to at your 1980 prices and while your at it a new Bell carbon skull fit helmet too ?
