I'm thinking the 27 game season might work in favour of the smaller teams with less of a budget and tighter squads, so let's hope for a shock.

Budge has a lot to answer to Hearts fans. It's all gone wrong under her leadership.
The SFA does not deduct points, its either expulsion, suspension or a fine up to £500,000 EACH.I will be happy with two or three.

No compensation is a biggie. If Hearts and Partick had just asked for some compensation at the beginning then there would have been a lot of sympathy, and I'm sure the parachute payments would have been increased for them. But because they went down this legal route, they have ****ed themselves.

The tribunal appointed in terms of Scottish Football Association Article 99 issued its decision today. It unanimously held that the challenges to the Written Resolution of 15 April 2020 failed, and that the SPFL were entitled to pass, and give effect to, the Written Resolution and all that flowed from it. Accordingly it refused to grant any of the orders sought by Heart of Midlothian FC and Partick Thistle FC and continued the arbitration for submissions about expenses.

so we will still be incurring legal costs. If we get our costs awarded back to us its a timely financial boost as fans had raised most of the expected costs so there will be a net profit for the club.
