😂 ha ha. I think you might be right or one of their rich friends. Whatever is going on I don’t think it is looking good for Scottish football

No mate that is not correct.Hearts definitely never voted to relegate themselves.

Ultimately the courts will decide if anyone has done anything illegal? That looks hard to see but you never know.

As I understood it from before a club CAN take legal action against League but in doing so it leaves them open to sanctions like a fine, a points deduction or the ultimate sanction which is expulsion. I could be wrong about that though. Not sure where the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) fits into the process.

Then I must be mistaken, I was under the impression they had voted yes to ending the lower leagues.

Don't think so, no. That vote also askedy the SPFL board to call the premiership which Hearts didn't want

Yeah it's my mistake. Tbh it's banged on that long I've lost count of who voted for what and when, it's been worse than ****ing Brexit! I'm not sure whether or not clubs had a choice whether to vote or not but if you do take part in a democratic vote do you not have to suck it up and accept the outcome? If so then I now see GBs point.
