Too little, too late with that statement. Hearts have allowed this division between the clubs to fester as it suited them at the time to whip up their supporters into a siege like mentality. Phukk them, I hope it all goes all to phukk for them.

Forgot to add, stick yir comments up yir fat erse Budge

As a matter of urgency, we would like to clarify our position alongside Heart of Midlothian in relation to the role being played by Dundee United, Raith Rovers and Cove Rangers in our case against the SPFL.

Those clubs were named in the Petition, along with Stranraer, because they are the clubs most likely to be impacted by a decision in our favour. We are not, and have never been, in direct dispute with them.

The SPFL is opposing our Petition and will do so at the forthcoming arbitration. Dundee United, Raith Rovers and Cove Rangers were not therefore required to litigate or arbitrate against us. However, they chose to do so.

For the avoidance of doubt, we accept that was a choice they were fully entitled to make, no doubt having been fully advised of the risks and costs. We absolutely know and understand that was not a decision to be taken lightly.

This is not about two clubs, Hearts and Partick Thistle, battling against other member clubs. This is about these two clubs battling against the organisation, which is meant to look after all of our interests, and holding them accountable for their prejudicial actions. We would contend that any club in our position would be taking similar action.

However, encouraging clubs to fund anyone’s costs in this process could create further division. We consider such an approach to be at odds with the fundamental requirement of the SPFL rules that the SPFL and each club shall behave towards each other with the utmost good faith. We cannot therefore let that pass without comment.
Well I’ll paraphrase Mr Tom ‘It’s Grotesquely Unfair’ English and say, ‘What else did they expect would happen and further if you punch somebody in the face then you should expect them to punch you back”. Well, there you go then however I anticipate that the hypocritical Mr English will no doubt say that our respective actions are ‘ridiculous’ while Hearts/Thistle’s are ‘Morally correct’

The more i read it the more i think whoever writes these for hearts is clinically insane. Citing clubs demanding promotion is scrapped and ignoring rules for their future own agenda hell bent in inflicting damage to all clubs yet we didnt need to get involved that was our decisiom 🤣 comedy nonsense. Oh and 81% were prejudiced against hearts eh! Well they were t but they sure as fvck are now.

Budge says "We are not, and have never been, in direct dispute with them" (United, Raith, Cove). Why then did she name these clubs in her petition to the court? United have always said that Hearts gripe was with the SPFL over the vote, which none of the three clubs had any control .
"Encouraging clubs to fund costs in this process could create further division" Budge is the one creating and responsible for any division, and is making herself look really foolish and vindictative. Budge will have a lot to answer for.

How she can continue to look a herself in the mirror each day.

Fek knows, imagine that coupon staring back at you. She could of course try one of her other faces to look at, she seems to have plenty to spare.
