No thanks. Did okay for us, had two good seasons at Barnsley and S****horpe...but scored just two Championship goals for Wednesday this season. We’ve got better and can do better imo.

Have we got better? As strikers we have Waghorn, maybe Martin subject to contract, no back up.
The rest are attacking wide men or play in the hole. Bennett's gone I assume - Whitaker hasn't done a lot. Is there anyone ready to come through from youth system?

Couple of handy young uns scoring regularly for the 18s and 23s GP. Stretton and Hector-Ingram. Also defender Archie Brown has put 8 away this season. He and Hector-Ingram are currently training with the 1st team.
You seem to forget Marriott who is also a striker. We're not as poorly off as you seem to think IMO. The 2 young uns, Jack, Waggy, Coldplay.

Good first season. Hampered by injuries this. Hopefully this op will cure the problem and he will be flying again next season.
It does beg the question though of why they sat back for 3 months and, just when it started to look like a definite restart to the season, they decide to take the operation route with Jack. Why so late? Had it been dome 3 months ago we might have had a fit Chariot to ride in, as it were.
