There's summat to be said for bubble and squeak type stuff Lol. I only tend to have that a couple of days after xmas dinner which usually contains a lot of sprouts! Just when the household members thought it was safe!
Well today its Cod Loin in a batter I'm making with lager. Chips done 3 ways frozen, part boiled then deep fried, quite a bit of messing but definitely worth it. Good old fashioned 24 hours soaked mushy peas. Wedge of lemon, some parsley sauce, salt and vinegar.
Simple but lovely..

Hardly any left over from Sunday roast, if there is it’s generally eaten at work
Vindaloo curry, brown rice...
Start the week as you mean to go on...
Riley, any left pal sounds scrumptious. As for the lager bit, are you drinking while you're cooking or do you soak the fish in it?
I've had a change from Scampi night on Mondays. Tonight I've cooked chicken thighs and drumsticks, my own loaded potato skins, corn on the cob and and a fresh tomato. Simple but nice.
