    I agree. GOAT.

    Obviously Ronaldo is a hell of a player, but for me Messi does that extra bit that no one else does.

    Those stats are insane.

    I don't like Barcelona quite as much as I did just 7-8 years ago, but I've always admired Messi, right from the beginning of his career when he was being tutored by Ronaldinho to the point when it was obvious that he was streets ahead of him.

    I’ve had the privilege of seeing him play in the flesh twice. He scored 6 goals in those 2 games. 2 of the goals after he came on as a sub in the 70th minute with only the crossbar denying him a Hat Trick. I’ll let you guess what the other game was (Hint he score 4 goals).

    The best I’ve ever seen and I think the best there ever will be.

    Honourable mention to Iniesta. You only truly appreciate how brilliant he is when you see him play in the flesh. Absolutely controls the game and is like an adult playing keep ball vs Bairns
