What’s the story with them? Is their season over? Playoff?

scalpels ( as was! ) here..... changed user name as the other one had lapsed.

Someone asked if Sunderland's season was over.... the answer being our season was over by September.

Thanks to those who had a kind word about me... I used to post here as scalpels. The SAFC forum is long dead.... no small thanks to the likes of 5Alive and one or two others. Apparently, having banter with opposing fans was some sort of heinous crime in their myopic view which tells you more about their empty lives than anyone needs to know.

I posted on here ( despite some totally expected flak from some quarters but not for a long time now, due to two personal tragedies which set me back for a fair old while.

If you don't mind I'll chuck up my opinions on NUFC now and again.

I wanted to post my respects to Jack Charlton so thought I'd post a quick line on this thread.
