Just on an irrational personal level av nivva felt the man love for Struber. Thuz just summat abart him that would make me dread spending an hour with him evvin a socially distanced pint. I recall the media dept sending him down to the Mount in his early days. Just didn't work.

Fine margins. If the Luton lad ed scored his one on one late on the knives would be out for Struber. If Styles last second cross ed been touched in Struber wuddev been a tactical genius. Azzit was it was the result Boro and Hull were hoping for and if they do well today we are almost finished.

The danger is Struber will become yet another fall guy for the owners to hide behind. The owners are to blame for this mess and we need to remember that when the sh1t starts flying.

The recruitment side of it too can't escape criticism either SB .

Very rarely across both message boards or anywhere else for that matter where fans talk to each other do you hear Beane's name .

Let's not forget he's at the head of this recruitment team .

Schmidt , Sibbick , Diaby and Wilks ?

Over £3m gone on those four .

The other recruits have had their good moments but have had equally poor spells too .

Only really Chaplin has done anything of note from last summers recruitment .

I'll wager decent money that if the promoted team had been kept together we'd be sat on 48 points tonight .

As out of their depth that group were in the Championship they still managed to take the season to the last 4 minutes before falling short .

You could argue if they hadn't fecked up with McBurnie at the start of the campaign they may have pulled it off .

I don't believe this group is as good as the last lot who dropped in to league one by any means .

The mental side of the game for this group is questionable , when the pressure dial gets turned up they freeze , Stoke last Saturday told you that and last night to a lesser degree .

Well there's pressure next season alright , possibly more than this .

Far from certain they are made of the right stuff personally .

There was some real hurdles and obstacles to overcome last season and the chase for the top two was tight but those lads handled it and kept their nerve .

    Worrying .

There might not be a next season. In league 1 and 2 teams can't afford to play behind closed doors and television revenue isn't the same. The sh1t has really hit the fan.

    It's a dying club anyway.

Aye , it's extremely worrying to say the least , heading for the wrong place at the worst possible time with owners not prepared to part with a single penny of their own brass to support the club financially .

Makes 2002 look like you were two days late paying the council tax by comparison .

If the transfer market collapses which it inevitably will then we are fecked because its the only way the club sustains it's self .

The ST money simply helps towards paying the wages and running costs so that will soon get eaten up , probably doesn't even cover less than half of the costs from what the club have taken so far .

Players still need paying , staff too .

    Worrying .
