    I think you're right Sub, my memory playing tricks again, the Elder incident I'm thinking of was a ludicrous penalty against him for handball when Blackburn came back from 3-0 down to draw with us 3-3 at Turf Moor. Must have been around 60/61 that game I think.

    That was the FA Cup game in 1960, as you say. Blackburn went on to reach the final that year and lost to Wolves!
