So, it is alleged that some people from Fleetwood referred to Adebayo Akinfenwa as a ‘fat water buffalo’! If that is true, they must be brave individuals! When Wycombe beat my no league side Stourbridge in the FA Cup a couple of seasons ago the big lad got the winner with a terrific header.

I think that Akinfenwa is a decent bloke and not the sort to make a mountain out of a molehill. Some players will moan at anything but if it’s AA saying it, then it’s something that should be taken note of.
