Do you expect us to search the Carlisle board for your deep insight and words of wisdom, vicar?

Or looked at another way, as it's not on our board, it saves us reading it.

    Go on then, I'll bite:

Luton are coming down from the championship. Pre season they spent 3 million on a keeper from some god forsaken place, and eleven million all in.

Only to get relegated. The financial divide between clubs is growing bigger, never mind between leagues.

You have no chance of getting close to what you were. NONE. Like Cambridge you are beggars, paupers.

There will be no resurgence, no rebirth, no more glory years, indeed, getting out of div 4 will be a miracle. If it ever happens. Like Cambridge relegation is more likely. You will struggle financially for ever more, and so you will struggle on the pitch.

People who can look into the future are seriously disliked, which is ok. You may even get a sugar daddy who knows. Football isnt sport anymore, why bother?. Were you entertained last season?

It opens up another discussion as to why you keep on. Is it identity?. Without football you are less?

Modom is a Villa fan, they will get relegated. Look at the size of that club, and they have no chance.

    What chance have you?????

    Randy of Glisson Road.

I see the might of Oxford and er Wycombe are in the playoff final to get into the championship.

In fact does anyone feel like a little cry when you realise that THREE of the teams who we were vying for promotion with a couple of years ago could be in the championship next season?

Not all bad news Gumpy, shows the Champy isn’t beyond the realms of possibility(once we get out of the Bananarama of course).

The thing is, psaw, we aren’t all pursuing the glorious Premiership. If we were there would be countless empty stadia and rusty stands, overgrown pitches with tumbleweed blowing along the terraces.
Some of us are happy just watching the same old rubbish from the same old team, a pint in the same old pub on the way home and the same old wags taking the p!ss at work on Monday morning.
