MB, why not? they are accused of violating a code and should be dealt with accordingly and preferably in the season the code was broken.
To carry it over to next season, they receive Championship money when in fact, a - 12 points deduction this season will see them bottom the table as it currently stands. Why let alleged cheats prosper? They've known about the charge for most of the season so to deal with it now makes no difference. They've had the season to climb as high as they can in table knowing a possible -12 points was looming.
