Not sure if I was being over sensitive today, but I couldn’t help but notice that in the commentary (in the USA, but by British commentators/pundits) that Jack’s England WC win in 1966 along with his management career (Ireland and the odd stints he did at other clubs) were mentioned, but there was no reference to his playing career at Leeds.
One club man? Record appearances? No mention?
Annoyed me no end, but this thread is about Jack.
