Agree with most of the stayers and leavers Dave, I would keep Nakamba as he's an example of one who will get better after a full season in the english game plus a pre-season. I'd take a gamble on Trez too, there's a player in there and Wesley would be a real handful & provide competition for Davis.

With so many weeks with two games the depth of squad is important - the jury's out on whether Smith is the man to lead us back to the PL. Tammy, McGinn, Tuanzebe and the various keepers we went through were the spine of the team before he arrived. Grealish return from injury and Mings' partnership with Tuanzebe played a big part in getting us into the playoffs. I really liked the way Smith spoke before and after games, seemed to be a great student of the game and honest. Been a long time since we've seen that IMO.
