Lusty Glaze - a small beach between Porth and Fistral is also well worth a visit for nice food, drink & the view.

I'm assured the electric fence isn't live. Let me know if you find out differently!

Great stunt got lots of publicity.

Forget about all this Cornwall nonsense SB take a small detour to Oldbury in the West Mids for the day for a meet up and I'll buy you a coffee and a burger from the mobile van on the retail carpark, the van was recently given 2 stars out of ten on tripadvisor which is excellent for Oldbury. Im confident there are other sights to see around here but can't think what they are at the mo but I'll give it some thought if you're interested

St Ives is a must and if you park and ride into the town you can take the little train which really is fabulous for views.

I’ve seen a T-shirt with the slogan ‘Oldbury, the Wild West of the Black Country’! Made me smile.

Both Falmouth and St Ives are very good calls Mick. You’re right advising SB about the train. I’d go so far as to say that the only sensible way to get in to St Ives is the little train. You park in a field a mile or so outside the town but avoid the traffic. If you like seafood SB then The Crab & Rum shack is a must in St Ives down by the front

Cheers stripes - I visited St Ives two years ago in April, and then it was ok to drive. But, I imagine it’s different in the summer.
