    What if?

Absurd as it sounds, if the tarts and whistle win and get there way, then as Dalgliesh says it opens the doors for other challenges of all manners.

Could these challenges only be related to last season?
How far back could they go?
If the season called null and void, or promotions/relegation negated could the season be forced to be played out?
Would personnel who have moved have to return to former clubs?

Its a frigging disaster and total embarrassment to Scottish football. Tarts and whistle should be charged with bringing the game into disrepute and royally fecked.

The other issue is that the go ahead for the Premier Clubs for the start of August has only been possible contingent with strict guidelines laid down from the Scottish Government, involving amongst other things stringent Covid testing, special measures in training etc etc. Only those who have complied will be able to go at the start of August. Hearts players (as RN states in his interviews) are all still on furlough and not been subject to these measures. Therefore, IF they were successful (and I think it’s a very, very big IF now) they cannot and would not be allowed to play on August 1st so it would not just be a simple case of swapping with Utd. It ain’t happening.

Agree with this mate. I also dnt think that hearts will win the case. There is far too much at stake for the rest of Scottish football. As geofox

Sure Neilson said on radio on Saturday that hearts are returning to training on 4th August. It's all about money for them.

It definitely is, that and also that hackit bitch playing up to the Jambo frothers. I predict an announcement at 4pm tomorrow afternoon to inform that the tertz and Partick have been awarded an undisclosed sum (£300,000 and £75,000 respectively) and their demotions from their respective divisions will go ahead. The Queens of hackitness will then produce a joint statement explaining that although they are disappointed with the demotions going ahead they are satisfied with the compensation awarded as it proves they were right to challenge the decision.
