No mention of credit for the 8 games not played. With a monthly pass I could have stoped paying and saved.

Nothing like keeping your fans informed NOT. Covid19 has caused the club problems on and off the field, but IMO the most important people for the club is the fans. As without us putting money into the club in whatever shape there will be no club.

They do now guarantee all SPFL games will be shown, however. Off the top of my head they previously didn't cover Ross County, Hamilton Livingston, St Mirren...Rangers as well? There's a decent chance the price per game will be cheaper than last season.

Agree it was bad form not to at least be in touch about the games we missed out on last time.

Disappointing news on an update on the overseas streaming service.

Given the uncertainty of how COVID-19 may impact the upcoming season, I made some enquiries (including a query on whether an extension to the already paid for subscription would be credited for the unplayed matches as was provided for actual season tickets).

So, an online season ticket isn’t really a season ticket: it’s just a means to access the web site content.
The only value of accessing the web site content is to watch/listen to the games being played.
No credit is being applied, and to be fair, I can mostly understand that even if it’s lost money for nothing which would not have been lost with a monthly subscription instead.

Moving forward is my concern: the prices have been increased substantially for this season.
If what is happening in other sports around the globe, should another outbreak occur and games are not playable, there are no guarantees offered to online season tickets as they are to in person season tickets for this coming season.
The cost of an overseas season ticket becomes a donation.
I guess I won’t be renewing for this season.

Has there been any 'apology' on the Club site for the shambles of hundreds who couldn't view the Rangers game 10 days back? Is there assurances the stream is now fixed?
We've all put our hands in our pockets and supported the club by not asking for last season refunds, pledging to The Society, buying 20-21 season tkts in hope (!) and buying new strips and merchandise. Not too much to ask for a guarantee that the feed will work.
    Clarity needed ASAP.

They can't guarantee anything but did have a statement after the Rangers game. As with everything these days there will be teething problems.

Agree they're being a bit cheeky with the overseas streamers but per game it's not more expensive than last season and at leas than 4 quid a match I think it's hard to be hugely annoyed at customer service issues.

Erm ... £4 a match, or £40 a match is immaterial. I'm a big supporter of our club in many ways. To be kept informed isn't a CS issue - it's a necessity / given. No surprise that AB has stepped down from SFPL duties. He clearly sees that day to day stuff needs support. IMO, that's great news.

If you are to be regarded as a professional club you have to get things right off as well as on the pitch. Just recently we as a club have let the fans down with one or two minor things, no update on the fans efforts for the virtual Match day, live streaming of the Rangers game and keeping our over seas fans updated with increase of season streaming tickets. We don’t have the biggest support in the league and don’t want to start losing the fans we have because of a lack of communication

Of course the price has an impact, customer service is not free - if you want an all-singing, all dancing service you need to pay for it.
