Could we be without Raul ?

There is a chance we could be without Raul for either one or both of our final two Premier League games, as his partner Daniela Basso, is about to give birth. Normally the season would have ended, so their planning would have been good.

Good luck to the couple, far more important than kicking a ball around. Well watching the ball being kicked around anyway!

Spot on Woodie. I think that emergence of Podence could not have been better timed.

We should be ok now. His partner gave birth to a daughter in the early hours of this morning. Congratulations to both of them.

Not in the near future, he has just signed a new four year contract.

Not many forwards remain effective at this level through the age of 33, but he’s earned the continued payday by what he’s done for us.

If he maintains this level for another two or three seasons, that will do me... he can move to Italy at that stage where the pace is less frantic.
