Collected mine this morning, they have a card printer and just print it off once you give your name and postcode. One problem being my brothers card didn’t have a row or seat number after they printed. Was told they will be in touch to make sure they haven’t double sold it, we have had the seat for about 6 years so i would hope not or somebody is going to be getting moved lol.

early last season a guy and his young lad came to us, we're back row of the east and asked where row V or something was, never even existed yet was printed on their tickets

I think a test would be a good idea. I was happy to buy season ticket as long as i could stream game. However, over the years i’ve heard plenty about how our streaming service isn’t great and not always reliable. If this turns out to be the case again the club will have major complaints to deal with.
