Are EWM pocketing all the transfer fee money, as they are perfectly entitled to .....

..... by the terms of their Charge on all 1921's assets including money in bank accounts and any incoming money?

In general EWM are not parting with much money at the moment, even to their suppliers. Possibly JN's assertion about the business ethics of the leader of the 2015 consortium could be applied to EWM.

So, has the EWM 'facility' been capped and is the money now flowing in the other direction?

We know that as long as AJ, JN and SP are in place (although not in power) none of the best Cumbrian businesses will contribute advertising / sponsorship / collaboration.

Is the club heading for insolvency, leading to a situation in which it ceases to exist?
