    I would have thought he could go as Emergency loan cover somewhere but chances of that happening are slim.

    Even if he stays at Inverness don’t think he’ll get much game time.

    Surprised no one has mentioned Barry Douglas signing for St Johnstone. On the face of it, decent signing for the fermers I would say.

    Bit of a gamble, he’s 35 and only played a couple of games last season. I think he will struggle at left back with the pace of some of the players in the league this year, nonetheless a player with experience to contribute to the dressing room and a dead ball specialist, a good example of a player who has had a very good career across a range of clubs.

    He was a cracking player, just a different style to Dixon/Kalvenes before him and Andy Robertson just after him
