Am not a techie... so might be an easier way. If you save your pic and you have google/gmail on your phone, it should show in photos on your phone
and on your pc/laptop. From laptop open gmail/photos and download to your pc... then when you come on here with a post the sign 3 in from left in the message asks you to insert an image... press upload

If you don't have gmail you need to be able to send pic or just upload to a draft message in some other email so that you can catch it on your pc... maybe others have a simpler idea
