The window opened the day after the 2019/20 season ended and will close again on October 5 – the date UEFA had recommended for the closure of registration periods across Europe.

The Premier League have said that following consultation with the English Football League, a domestic-only window will also be added from October 5 and close on October 16.

Transfers between Premier League clubs will not be able to occur during this period, but top-flight sides can trade with EFL clubs and loan or sign players permanently.

If Fulham fail to get promotion, them Mitrovic has to be a target. Trouble is, most of the Premiership will be suiters. Even though the loolah seems to model his disciplinary reputation on France bound, Alfredo Morelas.

If these players are good enough to improve Arsenal should any of them be considered in our transfer plans Ryan Fraser on a free (as well as Joe Swift for £6m in another transfer rumour to improve our midfield), then keep the bulk of the transfer budget for 2 proven strikers which is most important considering the quality of our midfield. If Tammy unsettled and wants to move from Chelsea we should not hesitate.

180 mill if we lose Grealish! That a lot of serious money. We don't need to build a new team, stengthen it around Luiz.
A play maker, A winger and 2 top strikers but we need to act quick, Every other club are doing the same!

We need to be careful... Joelinton was £40, 000,000
    I think that's £20m per goal!

Big prices don't necessarily mean good players. We know what Tammy is able to do in a villa shirt. A d he got 14 goals for Chelsea as a bit part player. He isnt the finished article but he, at Joelinton money, is the only logical striker we can go for imo.
