Watkins is all but done I am hearing. £21m initial fee with £4m add ons for goals and appearances.

£6m tabled to Reading for 24 year old John Swift (adding pace &#128514 not bad business all round. They got him for free when he was released from Chelsea after playing 0 games for them. He's been on loan forever.

Well, I see Jack has been modelling the home kit with his fingers in his ears, hopefully that puts paid to the silly rumour!

The board didn't stipulate PL experience they said "experience in the English game"

Matty Cash would be excellent, very reminiscent of when we signed Warnock from Blackburn. He was their best player at the time too.

Casts a doubt on whether Freddie starts tho. And he is one player who never lacks passion. I suppose we could play a back 3 of Mings, Konsa and Freddie and have Targett and Cash out wide.

Targett and Cash definitely sounds like an 80's cop show.

Meanwhile, Leeds are doing a Fulham. They've just bought a 29 year old who scored 4 goals last season and who only scored once in the Premier league several years ago for nearly £30m

Im presuming Elmo will leave with Guilbert and Cash battling it out for the right back spot.

Yes it does sound like an American cop show.

If we go 3 at the back i hope we sign another centre back like Smalling or Stones to play next to Konza and Mings. However i am half expecting a bid for Mings to come in 50m+
