Lack of Real competition for places / MB stubbornness

Ok, we bought a couple of players in, but not having any serious competition for places is showing - too many players know this, & regardless of form, their names appear on team sheet. week in, week out.
Crazy not to include Augustin, surely he must be atleast 90 % fit, decent players in U23s hardly used, MB"s failure & reluctance to use squad more widely, just doesn't add up.

Have to say i'm more gutted about that than any recent results - don't care how much possession we have or how many chances we create - we have a rubbish front line that can't score more than one in 10 clear cut chances - any other forward line would have a bagful given the chances created by our team in general. What is scary though is that we are repeating the mistakes of last season. I feel so sorry for the likes of Dallas who has played everywhere and anywhere for his team goives 100% every game and deserves more.
There has to be a problem with our coaching somewhere along the line - we cannot finish against teams that pack their box, and we seem incapable of scoring from Corners or shooting from outside the box. We cannot defend corners, and have a keeper who flaps at crosses,.Our best asset seems to be speedy counter attacking football - and we seem to have a manager so bloody stubborn that he wont change things no matter what - Earlier in the season we gained a few lucky points by bringing Nketiah on late on and he scored a couple - we haven't had that luxury for a month or two now, until today when he wasn't even available.

Feeling sick tonight - ANOTHER BLOODY WEEKEND RUINED.

Couldn't agree more tich, what the hell they do in training, apart from running, god knows, after Millwall I was ecstatic, thought we'd turned a corner, couldn't see us losing today, then I remembered this is Leeds, dropped home points to derby, forest, Cardiff, and now Wigan, we battered all of them, with a bog standard average striker we would be well clear, can't see us getting anything at forest or Brentford......feel sick....yet again, like you said, another weekend ruined.

I feel for Radz and Orta. They have done thier part. Short of firing MB they are stuck. They cant force MB to play KJA or Meslier but bamford and kiko arent getting the job done. They cant bring jn U23s as the line up is locked.

You dont win games if you cant score. WBA and us are proving it we will be passed up and we will be screwed worse than the bates era. We wil, end up without our coach and most of our current team except for bamford and kiko.

We bet the house and are losing it

You feel for Radrizzani and Orta??????!!!!!

They may have to allow the coach they signed to play who he sees fit, BUT IT'S THEIR FAULT WE HAVE AN ATTACK THAT HAS TEETH LIKE A FOAM FINGER!!

If we end up failing, it will be a collective failure and like it said in the president's desk, "The buck stops here"

And if required yes, they can sack Bielsa.

Its thier money and job on the line and they have built a hell of a team and system. Our U23 team and farm system is a top 10 in the FA. They brought in Mb and they have built a dominant team in the championship. Give credit where it is due. We are so close but we are failing. We have 2 players that arent getting the job done. We are a prem lwvel team with 2 holes. That is vastly different than most of the other teams in the division.

I also do not think they can sack MB. He is the architect of the current Leeds. We sink or swim with him.

Of course it's their money and they are entitled to spend it as they will, but "feel for them"???? Nah. Radrizzani is a multi-millionaire who has shown through his advancement of media sales opportunities over getting a truly promotion-capable squad that he has taken his eye off the ball (literally and figuratively-speaking).

Watch the highlights featuring just about every clubb that might aspire to auto-promotuin and EVERY one is better at incisive, direct, cutting attacking play and we face them all shortly with the aforementioned foam finger "attack".

Of course they can sack him, question is who would take the poisoned chalice he would leave behind (a squad that knows what's needed as much as we do, and has seen "the management" fail to respond by making the investments required).

As you say, we appear to be sinking or swimming with a coach who looks destined yet again to fail at the final hurdle and win nothing.

I am becoming more concerned. Previously, it was by the week....
