PL is so corrupt even the Chinese dont want to pay them. Surely they cant have a deal with China because their human rights record is so bad, when they agreed this I bet the press were up in arms about it

Especially as any business in China has to partner with the Chinese Government. Meaning any Chinese ownwed football teams are part owned by the Chinese Government.

Easiest thing for the PL to do is tell the consortium to put the deal back on the table and they will pass it but of course its the PL were talking about here who seem to think they are above everyone else and can do whatever they like, to not even release a statement or reply to any of the MPs is disgusting but again no shock at all.For once im right behind Ashley in this he is trying his best for the good of newcastle united for a change.

Should come with the caveat -'applications will only be considered if you are an arrogant, self-serving, corrupt cunt.'

I don't think they have legal grounds to fail it or they would have done so. They've decided to 'sit on it'.

Incredible it's allowed to be honest.

I agree, Kal. One of the reasons I felt the deal was still going to go ahead was the idea that if they could have blocked it then they would have done so.

How the fuck have they got away with it???
