Brentford best footballing side in this division. Watkins is class but they are strong in almost every department. Even their keeper is much better than Johnstone which is not difficult.

While I think that Brentford are an excellent team and the best side to visit the Hawthorns this season I just have a 'gut' feeling that Fulham will sneak it 1-0.

As I hate the play offs and think its just a money making joke that rewards on occasions mediocrity. For me First Second and Third places deserve to go up over the season. For a team to finish 6th and be given a chance to go for promotion based on three games is a joke. Just like last season the Vile were rubbish for virtually the entire season then just get things right with ten games to go and scrape into that last play off spot and end up getting promotion. Scrap 'em I say and reward the teams that do it over the season. So Brentford for me as they deserve it for finishing 3rd.

I totally agree with you that the side who finish third should be promoted. Having said this, the thread was about who would win between Brentford and Fulham.

Totally agree Leics. Brentford are probably much better than Fulham but Fulham know how to grind out a result so a 1-0 win for them I think.

Totally agree! Brentford for me as finished third and best footballing side in division. The Brentford manager whilst a smarmy c unt is less of a smarmy c unt than Parker!
