Isn't it an independent panel who is making and possibly announcing the decision?

I would think that Derby and the EFL would be informed of the decision first, though.

RA I'm sure you are right the club will know first But the EFL out the statement about Sheff Wed punishment. I know that the panel make the decision and the punishment

That was Ram not me...mista. I agree with him but can’t believe how long it is taking.
Surely we must know by the end of tomorrow at the latest. Suspect something is going on we don’t know about.
Not only does it have a potential impact on next season but it impacts on potential signings too, for instance, we’ve been linked with Ivan Toney but with Ollie Watkins - another former target of ours - likely to move from Brentford to Palace it now seems that the Bees will nip in and pinch him as Celtic’s interest apparently wanes.
Can’t blame him...we’re a much bigger club than Brentford but just at the moment, with all the doubts surrounding us, they’re immediate future seems much more assured.
Maybe the best signing we could make is Brentford’s scouting outfit.

RA sorry about that ,yes this is dragging on now not sure if that is good or bad or just how the rubbish EFL work .Hopefully we will know tomorrow Think the striker signing will probably be put on hold now Millwall don't want Bennett
