My verdict is that major surgery will not required. A few signings to deal with our shortcomings this season and all should be good for a title push.

I would agree with that. I think that if we can keep the majority of the current squad we will be good at this level. My main concern is whether we have the right person in charge to manage, organise and motivate them. For once I think we will get an answer to that question.
