Chien could be "Mr L", sat wearing sunglasses in a heavily guarded room in New York operating a giant European Football Pyramid Ownership Scheme.
He gets people to part with their money with the promise of future riches as clubs develop but, in reality, it is only the men and woman at the top of the pyramid who gather in the money from people paying in at the lower levels.
The beauty of the scheme is the scheme doesn't cost Chien any money to run as the running costs of the clubs are covered by TV income and Season Members.

Most frightening experience in my life on route to Ostend for a long weekend jolly boys outing in the 80's .
We caught the tram from Zeebrugge after getting off the overnight ferry from Hull .
Anyway we are bobbing along , sun is shining , a team a lads and supping cans Brit style when all of a sudden ......... .
There's a huge crash and a bang that shyte you three ways till sunday .
Tram comes off it's tracks , windows smashed and carnage .
We gets up off the floor and makes our way off the bloody thing and right in front of us is the most awful sight I've seen .
We've hit a couple of cars and they are all caved in , flat as pancakes .
The occupants are as dead as fried chicken it seems .
Bloody awful scene , we never did find out if there were casualties because we got the hell out of there sharpish .
We caught taxis back to Zeebrugge at the end of our stay , no bugga dare get back on one of those trams .

Barnsley Football Club can confirm that Toby Sibbick has joined KV Oostende on a season long loan.
The versatile defender, who signed for the Reds in July last year, spent the second half of our 2019/20 campaign with Heart of Midlothian in the Scottish Premier League.
Prior to his move to Tynecastle, Sibbick featured 18 times for Barnsley in the Sky Bet Championship and showed his adaptability by playing at right-back, centre-back and in central midfield.
He will now be plying his trade in the Belgian Pro League as he looks to gain more valuable first team experience at a high level.
The 21-year-old will be hoping to be in contention for Oostende’s opening game of the campaign against Beerschot Wilrijk on Monday 10 August.
Everyone at Oakwell wishes Toby the best of luck for his loan move.
