Seems that's where we are at possibly. I think selling is counter productive. Keep everyone, blood the likes of Wharton, Fisher in goal, give Carter more games etc

I am not totally against that idea but if we dont sign anyone,I can see the players who have interest from other clubs will demand to go.
Very often a clubs ambition is shown by its activity in the transfer market,not always correct but that's how players and the outside world will see it.

I would be amazed if TM was trusted with a transfer budget.
