    It beggars belief

While the Premier League block a trading partner for over 3 month when attempting to buy a football club, illegal immigrants brought across the channel by people smugglers not only get temporary accommodation and cash benefits also get shown round Anfield on a day out.

Do you not think the tour should of been given to the many of underprivileged young liverpool fans that exist. As opposed to a bunch of adults who have entered the country illegally, seems like a reward for breaking the law. If it had been a bunch of burglars taking on a tour would you of posted that sarcastic comment?

In the ‘olden days’ you used to be punished if you broke the law. Nowadays...,..,
...and people wonder why crime rates continually climb.
The obsession of thinking about the perpetrator of a crime after it has been committed and almost dis considering the victim and/or their families will cause big problems in society in future. Today’s law makers are, mostly, not up to the job.

I think that this is indicative of society in general these days including government and certainly the running of our club and the way the PL are acting.

The edges of everything have been blurred - including right and wrong.

COVID and Dominic Cummings, Brexit, Scottish Independence, Sinn Feinn in government, Saudis not considered fit and proper owners yet Ashley is, Immigrants not claiming assylum in a host of countries before Britain yet get shown the red carpet, Trump vs the world, Putin, N Korea, BLM

The list goes on and on.

People are confused and this breeds anger.

There are more serious things in life to be up in arms about than a refugee/asylum seeker getting a tour of Anfield because of some charity.

I can see some people are green with envy because they themselves can’t afford the luxury of stadium tour. I get that but the fact that someone else in life has something you don’t is just life and getting in a huff about it is a waste of energy. This business of people blaming their woes & venting frustrations on others is tiresome.

Not gonna lie tho, I would have expected to see refugee kids on that tour, not grown a$$ men. Charity ducked up there. No doubt there are people disingenuously claiming asylum. I’m sure all their applications will be thoroughly scrutinised and perused with those fakes being deported. We do have deportation centres after all.
