I agree, Champs.
I can't believe it was that long ago he was playing, but it did strike me that football was still relatively "local" when Stuart first appeared for Rovers.
One thing I particularly remember from that team of the 70s was that they looked small. I think Faz, even, was under six feet, while Stuart and Tony definitely looked a physical mismatch in midfield against some of the other teams!
(Probably completely distorted memories!)
