    Johnny

Johnny to have knee surgery on the injury he sustained on Thursday, thought to be a cruciate ligament. It will be well into next season before he is fit again. Step up time for Vinagre.

That’s bad news as far as Europe is concerned, Vinagre isn’t quite ready for the level we’ll be facing.

No where near ready. This is where our thin squad is going to begin to bite us.

We’ve been lucky to avoid an injury like this for the last few seasons. Unlucky for Jonny since he misses the end of one season and most of the following due to the COVID suspension of the season. Won’t be ready til February at the earliest I’d imagine.

The timeline for recovery is anywhere from two to nine months, he left the field unassisted which seems positive, his speed ofreturn will depend on the surgery required?

Feel sorry for, Jonny,....... He's worked hard all season and deserved a place in the battle, tonight. Vinaigre now has the chance to show he is worthy of inclusion in this side. Personally, I think he'll do everything in his power not to let us down so...GYMW !!!
