    When a child is born a blood sample from a heel test is taken.
    Should dna be taken and put on the data base ?
    I think so.

    A resounding yes. All kinds of uses. Fly tipping a major problem here. Just test the bags, identify the DNA and jail the culprits. I also think Identity Cards are long overdue.

    Discovered at Leicester University and originally used for paternity I think and yes, good idea.
