    Nicholas Anelka

Interesting documentary about him currently airing on Netflix. He claims the infamous quenelle gesture, which he made after his goal for us against Wet Spam was an anti-establishment gesture aimed at our recently departed manager, Steve Clark (who had had the temerity to sub him) rather than the widely interpreted anti- Semitic connotation that led to his ignominious departure from the club. Really don't know what to make of it all. A precocious talent who peaked way too young and afterwards controversy seemed to follow him where- ever he went.

It was aimed at Clarke’s Catholicism so it was equally vile.

Anelka is the epitome of everything I hate about football these days.

A lowlife of low brain power who gets lucky through a god given talent.

    Arrogant fool.
