    Living well on the east side of Hull, her indoors family are outraged that Rotherham United could sign a player of McDonalds quality. Grandson is off to overdose on Ribena. On a serious note my Hull Daily Mail neighbour reporter reckons we have quite a player there.

    Bit out of the blue this one as none of “in the know” crew flagged it up....the kind of players we should be looking at and signing although not exactly at the high end but given there is no fee it’s not a bad one on all known form.and the kind of signing that suggests we are upping it a bit.

    In the recent past we,ve beaten off competition from Sunderland for a signing or two and now it's Hull City,s turn.
