Dykes to QPR for £2 Million

Looks like Lyndon is away to Shepherd's Bush in London to play for QPR with former Rangers manager Mark Warburton.

I wonder how much money Queens will get in the sale?

Could have been us netting 2 million if we'd a tied him down on a long contract.
Was obvious he was going to be a investment.

Don't think so no English Championship club would d have paid that for him at Queens playing the likes of Arbroath & Alloa plus he was always second fiddle to Dobbie at Queens. It was due to his good performances on TV v Celtic & Rangers as well as consistent games in the top league that he has got his move, Queens did well to sell him to Livi get him back for 6 month on loan & also add a sell on clause. Good bit of business by the board. 👍 He could have left Queens at the end of his contract for Nowt....

Absolutely this. The notion that Dykes would have signed a long term deal at QOS or that we could have been paid £2Million by an English Championship club is just daft. QPR are paying that because he proved himself at a level higher than the one we operate at. Good work all round by our board.

Whatever the sell on clause is this is great news for Queens during these difficult financial times
The club also received fees for Brownlie and El Bak which is pleasing plus money raised by the supporters though the bonus ball campaign , the shirt draw , the 50/50 virtual draw and the Tanner Fund.

Let’s just hope whatever money AJ has to play with he uses better than last season.

As it turned out we were very lucky getting a fee for both Brownlie & Bakthaoiu the way the season ended...

Because of his impending transfer to QPR big Dykes not selected for Livi to play against Gers yesterday so his replacement in the Lions line - up was Jack Hamilton on loan at Palmy last season.
