A clip around the ear would give me more Satisfaction .

I have a cunning plan though. I have a dark blue mk2 frame which previous owner hand painted (really ****e) and about 80% of the bits to build another one I e got to take The grifter forks for painting so will ask him to do that frame and forks whilst there.
Difficult bit is dark blue like it would have been in 76. red like the chopper or pale blue like the grifter. OR total off kilter and do it pink

    Update for cam 😁.
Not done much since last post. Built the rear Grifter wheel like the front one above. Also fitted new tyres and tubes.
I've sent the Grifter forks and old Tommi (Mentioned above) for stripping. Along with 2 more MK2 chopper frames I've bought 😄.

    Chopper obsession? 🧐

Btw just picked up a MK3 2004 purple chopper. Needs some bits but to cheap to ignore.. 😁 lolol

Forgot to mention. The red MK2 chopper I got a offer from the bloke who bought the yellow one. Another £300 back in the pot

That dark blue colour, apart from bikes would there have been any cars of the same colour?

    Might help with colour matching?

I presume there were cars of the same colour in the 70s as we only had about 6 colours and blue was one of them.

Anyone got one or had one in the past? We were too poor to afford one in the 70s though I did trade for a Raleigh bomber when I was 12 ish (81-82)
My mate had a 75 red MK2 chopper and we had 6 of us on it.
    Good owd days
Too poor for a chopper, Tomahawk ? We had one roller skate with an old book on it !!!
