Must be some “niggly injury” to be out the team for 3 weeks.

Agree with this. A niggly injury that makes you miss 5 games? Hopefully nothing in it but starting to look a bit suss.

To me a niggly injury is one that's not very serious but just refuses to go away. Who knows though but I'd be surprised if he hasn't been pkaying all this time because of a possible transfer.

You actually belive we're keeping him out of the team to protect him for an ongoing transfer? Wow!

Our manager must be a bare faced liar aswell then given he categorically stated last week that there hasn't been a single bit of interest in Lawrence in the last few weeks.

Nae chance he is sidelined for a future transfer - unless there is a £5m bid in for him after 90 mins premiership experience with no goals. which i would guess there isnt. My view is the injury is more serious than thought - calf/achiles type can be niggles that ust dont clear. whish in iteself isnt good news

Worth bearing in mind that whilst he's not playing nor named in Scotland squad his stock is lessening which might not be a bad thing in terms of staying where he is. The imponderable is how will he do in the Prem, everyone is waiting to find out. As was said in a previous post tho there's a lot more to him than scoring goals, his all-round game is excellent & he's still improving.

He’ll be out on Saturday no doubt. If it’s an ankle issue there’s no chance they will risk that on an artificial pitch IMHO.

some amount of paranoia on here, or putting 2 and 2 together and getting f uck all right, he's injured, end of.
