    Brighton

I see Brighton are refusing to sell Ben White to Leeds however much we offer, because they think both our leagues position will be similar and they refuse to sell to a supposed close rival, which means they're happy to sell him to a top 6 club, no doubt for millions more, hope they get relegated.

Aye me too NW. I was looking at one of the forums to get a take on their side of things, my conclusion ... a bunch of assholes, err no pun intended

We ought to move on from this now. Just games. Too bad it had to come down to this because I really think his heart is with us.

I honestly don't think a top 6 side want him right now, they may do if he can prove it in Prem but I think most of that nonsense is just paper talk.

They can do what they like, lets just move on, Ben White isn't the key to our success and if he is happy to stay fair enough/if he wants to leave and they're not letting him good luck watching him run down his contract unhappy and we can pick him up in January

I suppose if he really wanted to go he could like you say let his contract run down, shame, as he bonded well with ayling, Phillips etc

I don't think he'd need to, I think if he genuinely wanted to leave he'd be leaving by now as he'd have told them. I reckon he is just playing hard ball over a big new contract and using our interest as leverage.
