I’m aware of that, but the email received confirming the order in June clearly states that we will receive both the card and the electronic download details at least 2 weeks before the start of the season. My mate and I haven’t and I wanted to know whether others had.
Given some of the previous incompetence of the ticketing company some of us are getting antsy that, with one week to the start of the League season, and their previous propensity to get things wrong, it doesn’t leave much wriggle room for correcting mistakes and getting my login details for next Saturday!
