Here we go again. I can’t see this being a 40-week competition, more like 36 or 37 so it’s a long haul but hopefully enjoyable.

I’ve again decided to keep it the same as previous seasons because it works well and most folk know what to expect. There may be a few newbies, so just look at what the others do. All are welcome so bring your friends - it costs nothing to enter. You’re all playing for the kudos of winning, £80 prize money (so far) to the winner and to hopefully avoid the pointing and laughing that comes with finishing bottom. As a reminder, the rules are as follows:

RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS
I pick the games, mainly from the EFL, and avoid the Premier League like the plague. That’s because this isn’t just about the teams that are always on the telly or players that are forever in the newspapers. I generally put them up around Tuesday each week and entries should be in before kick-off for each game. I produce a league table after every week’s games. If points are the same, up to the final week I’ll put folk in alphabetical order. If a game is postponed, I’ll award points when the game is eventually played. Probably important in these Covid-ridden days.

In each of the three groups try and forecast the results of two of the games and the final scores of the other two. It’s that simple.
Three points are awarded for correct scores. One point is given for each correct result. If a score prediction is wrong but you got the result correct you’ll get a point for that too. I’m too good to you really. You’ll catch on quickly.

After reviewing the rules and regulations that you put up at the start of the season Griff I can't find anything about the amount of times that you are allowed to enter so I've put in this week's prediction and expect to be reinstated back into the league not forgetting of course points for last week and compensation

I agree with my other half. I wish to have another entry, Psaw 3. and predict the first two weeks using hindsight, which will put me top. Notice im not trying to hide my identity.

In fact i want to post my predictions on sunday, there cant be rules against that, but there should be rules banning anyone else doing that. If you fail to allow this, i will send the boys over, Tony Soprano style.
