    Not sure how this is going to work out . The Independent Commission have published a report outlining where the EFL argument fell apart . Its now going to be so much easier for the EFL to bring a new case to bear,. I'm pretty sure a lawyer will be rubbing his hands having a full report that tells them the exact things we got wrong In not sure but I think they may have a different panel for any appeal .This could well go pear shape for us the EFL will not want to lose again Whatever sanction they give us there is no appeal this time

    That seems odd that no right to appeal after we won first judgement and they the second. At least it should go to penalties 😊

    I claim no expertise in cars whatsoever, but wouldn't a Fiat, a Micra and a Focus constitute a threesome?
